INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Abdominal Barbell Rollouts is follows : Go down on your knees in the ground (or) carpet and grasp the barbell with a wider than shoulder width grip. Keep your arms and backside straight; slowly rotate the barbell out in frontage of you until your arms are complete extended. Tense the abdominals and slowly move the barbell backside towards your knees.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Abdominal Barbell Rollouts is follows : Keep your arms and backside straight at all time. Complete the exercise slowly, and concentrate on using your abdominal muscles to pull the barbell backside towards you. For extra strength, barbell rollouts can be done standing.
