INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Lying Heel Touches is follows : Spread a mat on the floor and lay down with your back. Bring your knees up so that your thighs are at right angles to your calves (posterior muscle of leg). Put your hands down by your side, with your palms facing the floor. Get into the starting position by slightly raising your shoulder blades off (away) the floor. Reach down with your right hand as far as possible, and then repeat the reach with your left hand.
