Abdominal Pendulum
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Abdominal Pendulum is follows : This exercise benefits your lower abdominal muscles. Place a mat on the floor and lay down with your back facing the floor. Extend your arms out at right angles to your body with your palms on the floor. Keep your legs straight; lift your legs off the floor until they are right angles to the floor. This is the starting position of the exercise. Twist only at the hips, keep your legs straight and feet together, now slowly lower your feet to the right as far as possible without losing stability. Do not stop, raise your feet up and across to the left side. Do not pause, it?s a continuous movement.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Abdominal Pendulum is follows : Hold a dumbbell between the feet for to get extra intensity. Do the exercise slowly and lower the feet as far as possible in order to acquire maximum benefit.
