Roman Chair Knee Raise
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Roman Chair Knee Raise is follows : This exercise benefits your lower abdominal muscles. Sit on the chair, so that your forearms rest on the pads, back on the back pad and your hands grasping the handle. Take your feet away from the rests so that they will hang straight down. Raise your knees up slowly as high as possible. Stop, and then lower back to the starting position.
TIPS :
