Lying Alternate Knee Raise
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Lying Alternate Knee Raise is follows : Place a mat on the floor and lay down with your back facing the floor. Your hands should be down straight to your sides, with your palms on the floor. Hands are used for stability. Keep your legs straight and knees together, lift your heels about 6 inches off the floor. This is the starting position for the exercise. Without making any movements, keep your left leg straight; pull your right knee up as far as possible. Stop for a while, and then bring the right leg back to the starting position. Repeat the same movement with your left leg. One repeat equals one knee raise on each leg.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Lying Alternate Knee Raise is follows : During the exercise, do the movements slowly in order to get maximum benefit.
