Lower Abdominal Hip Roll
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Lower Abdominal Hip Roll is follows : Place a mat on the floor and lay down with your back facing the floor. Extend your arms straight and outward with palms on the floor. Raise your knees until your thighs are at 90 degree to the floor and your lower legs are parallel to the floor. While twisting your hips, slowly lower your knees to the right in a pendulum motion. Do not pause at the bottom; twist your knees to the left side.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Lower Abdominal Hip Roll is follows : Complete the exercises slowly, do not swing your lower body back and forth.
