Reverse Grip Bent Over Row


INSTRUCTIONS :

The Instructions for the exercise Reverse Grip Bent Over Row is follows : Take a barbell and load some weight in it. Place the barbell in front of you. Stand with your feet, stretch your feet larger than your shoulder width. Sit in a crouching position with knees bent to grip the bar, with your thumbs at the top of the bar and your hands wider than shoulder width. When you are holding the bar in front of you against your waist, keep your back straight and stand straightly. Get into the starting position by keeping your knees bent, back straight and let the barbell slide down your thighs until it drops just below knee level. Throughout the exercise, maintain the same position. Now pull the bar up just below your chest. At the top of the movement, squeeze the shoulder blades together, and then slowly lower back to the starting position.
