Close Grip Bent Over Row
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Close Grip Bent Over Row is follows : This exercise is a solid all round back builder, especially for increasing the depth of the back. The exercise requires Olympic bar, close grip handle and some weight plates. Grab the Olympic bar and position one end in a corner, or position it upwards on something that doesn?t allow it to move. On the other end of the bar, add your weight plates. Get the close grip handle and position it under the bar at the end with the weight plates. Keep your feet at around your shoulder width and back straight, pick the bar up off (away) the floor. Your back shoulder should be slightly higher and should be parallel to the floor. Throughout the exercise, keep your eyes looking straight. Slowly pull the bar up as high as possible, pause and then slowly lower back to the starting position.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Close Grip Bent Over Row is follows : To keep your back straight, the first step is to keep your head up and eyes facing forward. Keep your elbows tucked in throughout the movement. It is very difficult to pause and squeeze the shoulder blades together at top of the movement.
