Barbell Pullover


INSTRUCTIONS :

The Instructions for the exercise Barbell Pullover is follows : Set up the barbell pullover by grabbing a barbell and a flat bench. Position yourself at a 90 degree angle to the flat bench with your shoulder blades resting on the bench; your feet should be positioned on the floor wider than the shoulder width and your body should be straight. Hold the weight up, with your arms fully extended. This is the starting position of the exercise. Do not move your body, but keep your arms straight, slowly lower the barbell behind the back of your head until your arms are parallel to the floor. Without pausing, go back to the starting position.

TIPS :

The Tips for the exercise Barbell Pullover is follows : Do not bring the bar too forward at the top of the movement. You should come forward until your arms are facing straight up. Be sure of lowering the bar all the way down. Throughout the exercise, do not let your arms bend at the elbow.
