Bent Over Dumbbell Row
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Bent Over Dumbbell Row is follows : Select the appropriate dumbbells and place it on the floor in front of you. Bend at the knees, but keep your back straight, squat down and pick up the dumbbells with an overhand grip (palms facing the floor). Start the exercise by keeping your back straight and bending at the knees. Make your dumbbells slide down your thighs until they are just below the knee height. Execute by pulling the dumbbells up, but below your chest as far as possible. Pause and then slowly lower back to the starting position.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Bent Over Dumbbell Row is follows : Throughout the exercise, keep your back straight. Keep your head up and eyes looking forward. If you want to be comfortable, you can use a weight belt and squeeze your lower back into it.
