Reverse Grip Bent Over Dumbbell Row
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Reverse Grip Bent Over Dumbbell Row is follows : Choose the appropriate dumbbells and place it on the floor in front of you. By keeping your back straight, bend at the knees, squat down and pick up the dumbbells with an underhand grip (with palms facing up). Get into the starting position by keeping your back straight and by bending at the knees. Make your dumbbells slide down, until they are just below the knee height. Start the exercise by pulling the dumbbells up but under your chest as far as possible. Pause and then slowly lower back to the starting position.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Reverse Grip Bent Over Dumbbell Row is follows : Your back should be straight, shoulder blades should be back and eyes should face front. As you pull the weight up, keep your elbows tucked in by your sides. At the top of the movement, squeeze your shoulder blades together.
