Palms In Bent Over Dumbbell Row
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Palms In Bent Over Dumbbell Row is follows : Choose the appropriate dumbbell and place it on the floor in front of you. Stand with your feet together and face the dumbbells. Bend at the knees and keep your back straight, sit down in a crouching position and pick up the dumbbells with a neutral grip (palms in). Get into the starting position by keeping your back straight and bending at the knees. Allow the dumbbells to slide down your thighs until they are just below your knee height. Start the exercise by pulling the dumbbells but below your chest as far as possible. Pause and then slowly lower back to the starting position.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Palms In Bent Over Dumbbell Row is follows : Keep your eyes facing forward and head up to make sure that your back remains straight throughout the set.
