Weighted Chair Knee Raise
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Weighted Chair Knee Raise is follows : Weighted chair knee raise focus on the lower abs muscle. Grab a dumbbell and sit it upright at the bottom of the chair. Put one foot either side of the dumbbell to grasp it by push feet jointly. Just the once you have the dumbbell secured, place yourself on the chair (as shown in pictures) for the start of the movement. Slowly lift up your knees up as far as they will go. Pause, and then slowly lower your knees back to the initial position. Do not let the dumbbell touch the ground at any point all the way through the set.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Weighted Chair Knee Raise is follows : This work out is best perform slowly with very strict method, do not swing at all, Use your abs to move the weight, not momentum! You might find it easier to place yourself in the chair then grab the dumbbell with your feet. As your abs gets stronger, add to the amount of weight used.
