Standing Cable Crunch


INSTRUCTIONS :

The Instructions for the exercise Standing Cable Crunch is follows : Join the rope attachment to the high cable and set the suitable weight to be used. Stand up, facing away from the cable machine and grasp the rope from at the back your head with palms facing inwards. Take a half step onward to make tighter the cable. Place your hands next to your head, holding the rope in place. Keeps the cable at head height, crunch onward bringing your head down towards your upper thighs. Pause, and slowly expand back to the begin position. Replicate for desired reps.

TIPS :

The Tips for the exercise Standing Cable Crunch is follows : It is important that you crunch the abs, not just pivot at the waist. Try to pull your head in towards your upper thighs. Do the work out slowly for max results. You can insert a twisting motion to work the oblique muscle.
