Seated Cable Crunch
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Seated Cable Crunch is follows : Place a flat bench in front of a high cable pulley instrument. Join the rope attachment to the high cable and set the appropriate weight to be used. Stand up, face away from the cable machine and grasp the rope from at the back your head with palms face inwards. Now step downward and sit on the bench with your feet and knees together. Keep the cable at head height or shoulder height, crunch bring your head down towards your upper thighs. Pause, and slowly expand back to the begin position. Do again for desired reps.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Seated Cable Crunch is follows : Do not pivot at the hips, crunch in and carry your head downward towards your upper thighs. Do the movement slowly and pause at the bottom of the work out squeezing the abs for additional intensity.
