Exercise Ball Leg Tuck
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Exercise Ball Leg Tuck is follows : This exercise benefits the lower abdominals. Take an exercise ball and set it down on the floor. Length your body in front of the ball, position yourself with your palms on the floor as if you are going to do a push up. Point your toes and put your lower legs across the top of the exercise ball and then straighten your body. This is the starting position of the exercise. Keep your body straight and pull your knees up towards your chest. Extend your legs back to the starting position.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Exercise Ball Leg Tuck is follows : It is possible to increase the difficulty of the exercise by letting the tips of your toes touch the exercise ball. By doing this, it makes the stability harder and you could increase the work needed for your strength.
