Floor Toe Reach


INSTRUCTIONS :

The Instructions for the exercise Floor Toe Reach is follows : Spread a mat on the floor. Lay down on the mat with your back, stretch your arms by your side and legs straight in front of you. Place one hand over the other and point your hands straight up towards the ceiling. By keeping your legs straight and feet together, bring your legs up so they are also pointing towards the ceiling. This is the starting position of the exercise. Now reach up as far as you can with your hands towards your toes. Use your abdominals to elevate your shoulders off (away) the floor. Stop and then slowly lower back to the starting position.

TIPS :

The Tips for the exercise Floor Toe Reach is follows : Throughout the exercise, do not move your legs. This exercise could be made harder by holding a weight in your hands or holding the reach for a count of two.
