Hanging Leg Raise
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Hanging Leg Raise is follows : This is an awesome exercise which helps to build the lower abdominals. This exercise requires somewhere to hang from, it could be a chin up bar or may be tree. When you are hanging, tense up the mid section, keep your legs straight and raise your legs up slowly. You should raise your legs as high as possible. Pause for a second, and then slowly lower your legs back to the starting position.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Hanging Leg Raise is follows : In this exercise, speed is so important. If you swing your legs, it is such that you are using momentum and your abdominals will not benefit much from the exercise.
