Weighted Crunch
INSTRUCTIONS :
The Instructions for the exercise Weighted Crunch is follows : Place a mat on the floor and place a bench (something else can also be used) at one end. Lie down on the mat and put your feet under the support. Put your weight plate on your chest and cross your arms over to hold it in place. Crunch the stomach and then pull your shoulder blades off (away) the floor as far as possible. Pause and then slowly lower back to the starting position.
TIPS :
The Tips for the exercise Weighted Crunch is follows : You do not need move your entire back off (away) the floor as you would do in a sit up. Pull in at your stomach, and just take your shoulder blades up. Only about half of your back should leave the mat. Hold the movement at the top to get extra intensity.
